Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once a tracking ID is generated, cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligibility for Refund / Replacement
Since mehendi products are perishable and for personal use, we only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The product received is physically damaged.
- The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.

Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video)
To claim a refund for damaged or missing items, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video. This video should start from the sealed package and show the damage clearly. Without this video, claims cannot be processed.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Freshly made mehendi cones (due to limited shelf life).
- Products purchased during "Clearance Sales" or "Special Eid Offers."
